Pour boiling water over bran, raisins and dates and set aside. Mix other ingredients except nuts in mixer.
Stir in bran mixture and nuts.
Bake in well-oiled muffin tins 15 to 20 minutes at 400Β°.
Let cool in tins 15 minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen.
