Aunt Helen's Pound Cake
Aunt Helen'S Pound Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3 sticks margarine (blue bonnet, not the new type), softened at room temperature, 9 large eggs (at room temperature) and 3 c. flour (omega plain) sifted 3 times, then measured, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat butter and sugar real good and creamy.
Alternate flour and eggs, starting with flour and ending with flour.
Mix at medium speed after each flour and each egg.
Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. This cake is delicious.
It doesn't need icing.
