Soak deer in enough to cover meat overnight to which 1/2 of vinegar added, pour off water.
Add enough water to cook, add pepper, onion, celery, garlic and other half of vinegar. until well done.
Mix last of ingredients, add water enough to thin sauce, simmer slowly in oven 1 hour.
