Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts
Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained, 20 chunks canned pineapple, drained, 10 strips bacon, halved and 1/2 c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wrap each piece of bacon around a water chestnut and piece of pineapple.
Secure with a toothpick and marinate overnight in soy sauce.
Line a shallow pan with foil and top with a rack (the foil will save you a pan to scrub and the rack will insure the bacon cooks evenly).
Place bacon rolls on rack and bake in preheated oven at 450Β° for 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
