Baked Beef Barbecue
Baked Beef Barbecue is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 lb. beef chuck roast, 1 stalk celery, chopped, 3 large onions, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped and 1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut beef into small cubes.
Place in roaster or Dutch oven. Combine rest of ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil and pour over meat.
Cover, simmer in 300Β° oven for 6 hours or until meat is tender enough to pull apart with a fork.
Pull all meat apart and simmer for 15 minutes.
Any leftover barbecue may be stored in refrigerator for several days or frozen indefinitely.
