Baked Indian Pudding
Baked Indian Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. scalded milk, 1 c. cold milk, 1 teacup corn meal (yellow), 1/2 c. molasses and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Scald 1 quart milk; add corn meal and pinch of salt.
Cook over medium heat to boil.
Pour into baking dish.
After 1 hour in oven, stir in 1 cup cold milk, stirring occasionally during baking.
