Baked Potato Soup
Baked Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large baking potatoes, 2/3 cup of butter, 2/3 cup of flour, 6 cups of milk and 3/4 teaspoon of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bake potatoes in a 400Β° oven for 1 hr.
Scoop out pulp.
Set aside, Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Add flour, stirring until smooth.
Gradually add milk cook over medium heat.
Stir constantly until mixture is thickened.
Add potatoes, salt and pepper, two tablespoons of green onion, 1/2 of bacon and 1 cup of cheese.
Cook until heated well.
Stir in sour cream; add extra milk if necessary.
Serve with remaining green onion, bacon and cheese.
