Banana Muffins
Banana Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and sugar in mixing bowl.
Add milk, egg, shortening and bananas.
Mix well or until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full, sprinkle each top with mixture of 1 tablespoon white sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
Bake 25 minutes at 400Β°.
Serve hot.
