Banana Muffins
Banana Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 2 1/2 ripe bananas, mashed with fork, 1 egg, slightly beaten, 1/3 c. oil, 2 tbsp. honey and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix mashed bananas with beaten egg, oil, honey, vanilla and water.
In another bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Make a well in center and pour in wet mixture all at once.
Stir just until moistened; batter should be lumpy.
Fill greased or non-stick tins 2/3 full.
Regular muffins bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°. Mini-muffins bake about 20 minutes at 350°.
