Barbecue Brisket
Barbecue Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. brisket, 1 c. catsup, 1 tsp. salt, 2 c. water and 1/3 c. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large Dutch oven cook brisket, uncovered, in 350° oven for 2 hours.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat and cover. Reduce oven temperature to 300° and cook until tender.
Remove meat from sauce.
Refrigerate both overnight or at least several hours.
Slice meat paper thin.
Slices in a flat pan.
Cover with sauce.
Heat in 300° oven for a little while.
