Barbecue-Sauce Kabobs
Barbecue-Sauce Kabobs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. hot-style catsup, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. vinegar and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat broiler.
In a bowl, combine catsup, brown sugar, lemon juice, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
Brush zucchini pieces lightly with cooking oil.
On 4 long skewers, alternately thread beef, potatoes and zucchini.
Brush with catsup mixture. Broil the kabobs 4 to 5-inches from heat for about 20 minutes. Turn once and brush occasionally with sauce.
Serve kabobs on rice.
(Can be cooked on grill.)
