Barbecued Pork Chops
Barbecued Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. each vinegar and ketchup, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 garlic clove, minced and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In saucepan, mix vinegar and ketchup, water, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce and brown sugar. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour over pork chops in a deep bowl; cool.
Let stand in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
When ready to cook, arrange chops in shallow baking dish or roasting pan.
Add the sauce.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated moderate oven (350Β°) for 1 1/2 hours or until chops are tender, basting occasionally with the sauce.
