Beef And Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Cut sirloin steak into strips.
Brown strips in oil.
Add onion and garlic powder and cook until onion is tender.
Add soy sauce, beef bouillon, mushrooms and 2 cups of water.

Combine remaining water and cornstarch.
Add to meat mixture and stir until thickened.
Serve over rice or noodles.
