Beef Pepper Steak
Beef Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oil, 1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips, 1 medium onion, thinly sliced, 2 green peppers, thinly sliced and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oil in skillet, uncovered, at 325Β°.
Add meat and brown.
