Beef Stir-Fry
Beef Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef flank steak, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 4 tsp. oil, 1 1/2 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cut beef steak into strips.
Combine soy sauce, 2 teaspoons oil, sugar and cornstarch and stir into strips.
Heat remaining oil in large skillet, add garlic, ginger and pepper pods.
Cook 30 minutes.
Add red bell pepper and corn, stir-fry 1 1/2 minutes. Add pea pods, stir-fry 30 seconds.
Remove vegetables; reserve. Stir-fry beef strips (1/2 at a time) 2 to 3 minutes.
Return vegetables and beef to skillet and heat.
Serves 4. Good served with rice.
