Beef Stir-Fry
Beef Stir-Fry is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 2 hours 30 minutes. Made with . boneless sirloin steak, c. water, . sugar, . cornstarch and c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Trim fat from steak.
Cut across grain into strips. Combine water, cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar and oyster sauce. Set aside.
Coat wok or skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium-high for 2 minutes.
Add steak and stir-fry about 3 minutes.
Remove meat.
Place onion, celery, mushrooms, pepper and water chestnuts to pan drippings in wok.
Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes. Add meat, broccoli and snow peas.
Cover and reduce heat to medium.
Simmer minutes.
Stir in soy sauce mixture.
Cook medium, stirring constantly until bubbly. Serve over hot rice.
