Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose or whole wheat flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. grated lemon/orange peel and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Use paper liners in muffin pan.
In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and lemon peel; mix well.
Stir in blueberries.
In small bowl, combine milk, oil and egg; blend well.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients all at once; stir just until moistened.
Fill muffin liners 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute.
Remove from pan.
Makes 12 muffins.
