Bourbon n' Steak Barbecue

Mix bourbon and soy sauce in flat roasting pan, preferably steel.

Marinate steak for at least 5 hours, more if you have time.

Barbecue as usual, seasoning steak as desired while cooking.

Sauce may be stored in refrigerator and used again. Double ingredients if necessary as meat should almost be covered while marinating.
