Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, 2 1/2 c. all-bran cereal, 1 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix raisins, milk and bran together; let soak for 15 minutes to soften.
Combine rest of liquids and add to bran mixture.
Mix all dry ingredients, fruit and nuts; add to bran mixture.
Do not overmix.
Fill greased muffin cups or muffin papers to top.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Makes about 2 dozen.
