Breakfast on-the-Go Drink
Breakfast On-The-Go Drink is an moderately easy breakfast dish you can prepare in just 52 minutes. Made with (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in natural juice, banana, strawberries (optional), c. plain low-fat yogurt (natural, no sugar) and or 2 packets equal or sweet 'n low sweetener, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place can of pineapple (with all the juice), strawberries and ice cubes in blender.
Cover and set it on "chop" for about 5 seconds.
Add sliced up banana and yogurt; blend on "liquefy" or "stir" for about 10 seconds, until smooth.
Add sweetener to taste and blend 2 more seconds.
Serves 2.
