Slice meat about 1-inch thick.

Be sure meat is cut right or will be stringy.

Put salt, pepper, seasoning salt and garlic salt on both sides of meat.

Not too salty.

Flour both sides of each meat.

Brown in frying pan until both sides are brown.

Put meat inside of pressure cooker on meat rack.

Add 1 1/2 cups of water and onion.

Cook about 40 minutes on medium heat.

When done, use juice for gravy.

If not thick enough, add cornstarch that has been dissolved in water.
