Carrot-Pineapple Muffins
Carrot-Pineapple Muffins is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. whole wheat flour, 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix together flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and seasonings.
In a separate bowl, mix oil, egg, milk, carrots and pineapple with juice.
