Cheese 'n Chicken Enchiladas
Cheese 'N Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 1/2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked and shredded, 1 (12 oz.) jar picante sauce, divided and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Cook and stir onion and margarine in large skillet until tender.
Stir in chicken, 1/4 cup picante, cream cheese and cumin; cook until thoroughly heated.
Stir in 1 cup cheese.
Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken mixture into center of each tortilla; roll up.
Place seam side down in 12 x 7-inch baking dish.
Top with remaining picante sauce and cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
