Sauté onion in butter; add chilies, cream cheese and chicken.
Stir over low heat until well mixed.
Spoon 3 tablespoons mixture onto each tortilla; roll tightly and place seam side down in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle cheese on top and then drizzle with the 2 cups of cream.
Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with taco sauce.
