Chicken Noodle Soup
Chicken Noodle Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 broiler fryer chicken (3 1/4 lb.), quartered, 4 c. each: chicken broth and water, 2 carrots, 1 1/2 c. celery and 1 c. coarsely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bring chicken, broth and water to a boil; cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
Add carrots and onion.
