Chicken Noodle Soup
Chicken Noodle Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, 3 1/2 qt. water, 2 onions, 2 bay leaves and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cover chicken with water; add salt, bay leaves and onions. Bring to boil.
Cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours; skim off top.
Remove chicken from stock; discard skin and bones and bay leaves.
Chop meat and return to stock.
Bring to boil; add saffron and noodles and cook at medium heat for 30 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
