Chicken Stir-Fry
Chicken Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chicken broth, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. corn sauce, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger and 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix first 5 ingredients and set aside.
In a large skillet, or wok, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat.
Add vegetables and garlic.
Stir-fry 3 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Remove from skillet.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil.
Add chicken; stir-fry for 4 minutes.
Return vegetables to skillet.
Stir broth mixture and add to skillet.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 1 minute.
Serve with rice.
Makes 4 servings; 210 calories per serving.
