Chili Cheese Log
Chili Cheese Log is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Three or four days ahead, with an electric mixer thoroughly combine Cheddar, cream cheese, garlic powder, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Shape into 2 thin logs.
On a wax paper, sprinkle chili powder.
Roll cheese logs until thoroughly coated with chili powder.
Wrap logs in wax paper, Saran Wrap or foil. Refrigerate 3 to 4 days to ripen.
To serve, arrange logs on board, slicing some with assorted crackers nearby.
Let guests help themselves.
