Chinese Crispy Wontons
Chinese Crispy Wontons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground pork, 8 canned water chestnuts finely chopped, 1/4 cup green onions chopped, 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine pork, water chestnuts, green onions, soy sauce, corn starch, salt and ginger in a medium bowl.
Mix well.
Place 1/2 tsp. of pork mixture in the center of each wonton skin.
Fold wonton skin over filling and form a triangle.
Turn top of triangle down to meet fold.
Turn over moisten 1 corner with water.
Overlap opposite corner over moistened corner.
Press together firmly.
Heat oil in wok or large sauce pan to 375F. Deep fry wontons 3-4 at a time for 2-3 minutes or until brown and crispy.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with spicy mustard or sweet & sour sauce.
