Chinese Slaw
Chinese Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, 1 medium onion (optional) or 4 green onions (plus tops), 1 bell pepper, 2 carrots and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grate together cabbage, onion, bell pepper and carrots; set aside.
Combine sugar, salad oil, vinegar, salt, dry mustard and celery salt or seed.
Bring to boil.
Pour over cabbage mixture while still hot.
Cover and chill overnight.
