Chris' Favorite Salisbury Steaks
Chris' Favorite Salisbury Steaks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef or turkey, 3/4 c. italian bread crumbs, 2 eggs, milk and 2 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Beat eggs in cup and fill to 3/4 mark with milk.
Add to ground meat along with bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper.
Mix everything with hands and roll into egg shaped patties approximately 4 ounces each.
Place in a covered roaster and bake for 1/2 hour.
Remove from oven and pour gravy over patties.
Bake for another 1/2 hour or until done.
