Cocoa Cheesecake Pie
Cocoa Cheesecake Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cocoa and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat the cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, cocoa and 1 teaspoon vanilla in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs and blend well.
Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cool for about 15 to 20 minutes. Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir until smooth. Spread over baked filling. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool and chill overnight.
Yields 10 to 12 servings.
