Country Franks Stir-Fry
Country Franks Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. beef, chicken or turkey franks, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch thick slices, 1 tbsp. salad oil, 2 green peppers, cut into bite-size pieces, 2 large onions, thinly sliced and 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, cook frankfurter slices until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Remove frankfurter slices to bowl.
In same skillet over medium heat in hot salad oil, cook green peppers, onions, oregano, salt and pepper until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.
Add frankfurters; toss gently.
Heat through.
Makes 4 servings.
