Crabmeat Crepes
Crabmeat Crepes is an impressive dinner. Made with vegetable cooking spray, 2 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine, 1 1/3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1 c. chopped green onions and 1 tsp. dried whole thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add margarine.
Place over medium-high heat until margarine melts.
Add mushrooms, green onions and 1 teaspoon thyme; saute 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Reduce heat to low; stir in flour. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in crabmeat and next 5 ingredients.
