PurΓ©e water, Ricotta, 1 tablespoon flour, chutney, curry and salt in food processor until smooth.
Dredge chops in remaining flour.
Heat oil in nonstick over medium heat.
Add chops.
Cook 4 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink.
Transfer to serving dish. Pour off fat from skillet.
Add curry-Ricotta mixture and raisins to skillet; boil, stirring 2 minutes.
Serve with chops.
