Crepes(Breakfast Pancakes) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1/3 c. whipping cream, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. sifted powder sugar and fresh blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or sliced strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Add whipping cream and vanilla.
Beat mixture on low speed until combined.
Stir in the powdered sugar.
To serve, spoon 2 Tbsp. of filling onto each thin pancake and roll up.
Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar and top with fresh berries.
