Curry-Shrimp Creole
Curry-Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 medium green pepper, chopped, 1 stalk celery, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onions, green pepper, celery and garlic in oil until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, parsley, catsup, lemon juice, salt, hot sauce, curry powder and thyme.
Bring to boil.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add shrimp.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink.
Serve over hot cooked rice. Serves 4.
