Diver Dan'S "Trauma" Chili is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Made with (14 1/2 oz) cans of delmonte zesty peeled chunky tomatoes, chili style, (16 oz.) cans bush's best dark red kidney beans, (28 oz.) can of hunt's crushed tomatoes in purée, medium to large green peppers and large red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Rinse the kidney beans.
In a large pot, start simmering the sauce of canned tomatoes.
Add kidney beans and Tabasco to the simmering sauce.
Dice the peppers and onions and pan fry in a little oil until just tender.
Add the peppers and onions to the sauce.
Brown the ground chuck in the pan. Drain off as much of the fat as you can and add the ground chuck to the simmering pot of sauce.
