Dorothy's Pressure Pot Country Style Steak
Dorothy'S Pressure Pot Country Style Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 pieces cubed steak, flour, approximately 3 c. water, 1 medium onion and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Dredge cubed steak in flour and fry in small amount of oil in pressure pot, frying 2 or 3 pieces at a time.
After all meat has been browned, put back into pot.
Sprinkle with about 5 tablespoons flour.
Pour on enough water to cover; add onion and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook about 30 minutes after control jiggles on 10 pounds of pressure.
