Easter Egg Bake
Easter Egg Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, crumbled, 1 tbsp. butter, 8 mushrooms, sliced, 12 eggs, beaten and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Generously grease large ovenproof skillet or large shallow baking dish; set aside.
Fry sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until sausage is no longer pink.
Drain and transfer to bowl.
Wipe out skillet. Add butter and melt over medium heat.
Saute mushrooms and onions until soft but not brown.
Remove from heat and stir in sausage. Blend remaining ingredients and turn into the prepared dish.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10 people.
Makes an excellent main dish for a special breakfast or brunch.
