Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large flour tortillas, 2 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, chopped, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 envelope taco seasoning mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown meat with onion in skillet.
Add tomato sauce, seasoning mix and green chilies.
Cook on low for 25 minutes, covered. Spoon a little into bottom of 8 x 11-inch pan.
Then, layer tortillas, breaking them to fit.
Cover with sauce and half of cheese.
Repeat, making 2 layers.
Bake 1/2 hour or so at 325Β°. Freezes well.
