Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 2 or 3 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown beef, onion and garlic in fry pan.
Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly.
