English Muffin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. flour, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix 2 cups flour and other dry ingredients.
Add liquids and mix on low speed with hand mixer for 30 seconds.
Beat three more minutes on high.
Stir in remaining flour.
Grease two loaf pans and sprinkle with cornmeal.
Spoon batter into pans.
Sprinkle top of batter with cornmeal.
Cover with a clean towel and let rise in warm place until double in size.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes. When cool, slice thin and toast.
