Fly-off-the-Plate Pancakes
Fly-Off-The-Plate Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. baking powder and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Combine beaten egg, milk and sour cream and add to dry ingredients, beating with slotted spoon or wire whisk.
Add cooled butter and beat until smooth.
