French Onion Soup
French Onion Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 large spanish onion, chopped, 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. butter, 1 can condensed beef broth, seasoned croutons and brick cheese, sliced 1/4-inch thick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onion in butter in saucepan.
Add broth.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour into ovenproof soup bowls.
Add approximately 10 croutons to each bowl.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese is slightly browned and bubbly.
Serve immediately.
