German Potato Salad uses cooked potatoes, warm salad oil, vinegar, lemon juice, grated onion, parsley, bacon, salt, and pepper. It is tossed warm so the potatoes absorb the bright dressing and bacon flavor.

Slice potatoes in casserole or bowl.
Heat the oil in bacon pan.
Add vinegar, lemon juice, onion and salt.
Pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle on parsley, bacon and pepper.
Heat until warm. Toss and serve.
