Green Chili Enchiladas
Green Chili Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground meat, 2 small cans green chilies, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 small onion, chopped and garlic powder or minced garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown ground meat; season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic; drain fat.
Return to heat and add soup and green chilies. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then dip tortillas in mixture; line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with tortillas.
Add 1/2 of the meat sauce and 1/2 of the cheese.
Repeat layers as before; top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 300Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
