Green Chili Enchiladas
Green Chili Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans cheddar cheese soup, 2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, 2 cans green chilies, 2 pt. sour cream and 2 small cans black olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large heavy pot combine tomatoes, chilies, soup, sour cream and 1 can of olives.
Heat over low heat.
Put 1 spoonful of meat and 1 spoonful of sauce into each tortilla.
Fold and place, seam side down, in a large baking pan.
Add any remaining meat to sauce and pour over tortillas.
Top with shredded Cheddar and remaining olives.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes.
