Homemade Noodles
Homemade Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. sifted flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 to 4 tbsp. water, 1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning, if desired and 2 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix all together except water.
Add water as you need it to make it all blend.
Roll paper thin on a floured board, keeping the shape rectangular as much as possible.
Allow to stand 20 minutes.
Roll up and slice 1/8-inch wide for fine noodles or 1/2 inch for broad ones.
Toss lightly to separate strand and spread out to dry for several hours.
Cook on low heat for about 45 minutes to one hour.
For good taste use chicken or beef cubes.
