Homemade Noodles
Homemade Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 3 egg yolks, 1 egg, 2 tsp. salt and 1/4 to 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Measure flour in bowl.
Make well in center and add egg yolks, whole egg and salt.
With hands, thoroughly mix eggs into flour. Add water just enough to make a ball, adding water a tablespoon at a time.
Turn dough onto well flour covered breadboard; knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Divide dough into two parts. Roll each part separately.
Cut in 1/8-inch strips for narrow or 1/4-inch for wide.
Shake out strips.
Place on cookie sheet and let dry for 2 hours.
Cook in broth about 12 to 15 minutes until tender.
Put a drop or two of yellow food coloring in noodles if they look too pale.
